The Rayside Balfour Canadians Jr. A Hockey Club are pleased to announce the return of TOPPERS PIZZA as a team partner! Among an array of sponsorship benefits, the TOPPERS PIZZA logo is fixated into the ice at the Chelmsford Arena again this season. In addition, every community arena in Greater Sudbury will feature a TOPPERS PIZZA rinkboard sign.
“We are pleased to welcome back TOPPERS PIZZA as the official pizza partner of the Rayside Balfour Canadians” notes Canadian’s Director Blaine Smith. “TOPPERS PIZZA has been a long-time sponsor of junior hockey in Greater Sudbury and we are very appreciative of owners Keith and Kelly Toppazzini’s generous support. Our players love TOPPERS PIZZA and we look forward to serving their great tasting pizza to our players and fans again this season.”
Smith adds that TOPPERS PIZZA Regional Manager Rob Mininni has approved the partnership once again and was one of the initial purchasers of online 50-50 tickets for the club’s first online 50-50 Jackpot draws on October 30th. The online 50-50 draw is a weekly prize draw with proceeds going to the CANADIANS CARE HOCKEY FUND in support of local minor hockey families in need of financial assistance.
“We are pleased to support the Canadians Jr. A team again this season” notes Mininni. “TOPPERS PIZZA has always supported amateur sports in Greater Sudbury and we are excited to see the team back on the ice. I look forward to the start of the season, it has been a difficult year and we are so glad to help the young athletes around Sudbury enjoy the game we all love!
The Rayside Balfour Canadians continue to practice and work on their skills as they prepare for a delayed start to the 2020-21 season. Smith adds, “the minute that we are given the green light to begin pre-season games, thanks to the hard-work of our players and coaching staff, the Canadians will be ready and great-tasting TOPPERS PIZZA will be served….”
